→What products do we offer ?

We offer a wide range of sports equipment and products, including gear for team sports, fitness, outdoor activities, and training accessories. Browse our catalog to find the perfect equipment for your needs.

→Are you a manufacturer or wholesaler?

We are manufacturers.

→What is the normal lead time?

For goods stocked with us we will send goods to you within 10-15 days after receiving your payment. For customized goods, the delivery time depends on the total quantity required. Production will start only after an order is confirmed.

→Do customized products require more time than normal lead time?

Yes, it depends upon the order size and the type of customization to be done.

→How to proceed with the order if I have a logo to print?

First, you have to share the high-resolution logo file in PDF/ JPEG file, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. If a sample is OK, finally we will go to mass production.

→Do you provide embossing on products?

Yes, but only if we are making a new mold specifically for your brand.

→Do you produce samples?

Yes, we do depend upon the feasibility of production. Normally the sample cost is borne by us and transportation charges by the customer.

→How is the order confirmed?

In our Proforma invoice we share the order confirmation amount. Once you deposit that amount and share the receipt with us. We confirm for order and begin with production.

→What are the channels to make payment?

We accept payment by telegraphic transfer (TT), Letter of Credit(L/C), and PayPal.

→What is bank charges or online transaction charges and who pays them?

Bank transaction charges or online transaction charges are transaction fees charged by a bank or PayPal respectively. The client pays these charges.

→How do you control the quality?

We do quality testing before starting the bulk production. Also, there is a strict quality control system in place to ensure good quality. If a client is extremely careful about quality then we request to hire a third-party inspection agency before shipping.

→Who pays for a third-party inspection agency?

The client pays for a third-party inspection agency.

→What are your shipping terms?

We work on different shipping terms like FOB, Ex-works, CNF, CIF, DAP basis.

→What is ex-works?

Incoterms-EXW. "Ex-works" means that the seller fulfills his obligation to deliver when he has made the goods available at his premises (i.e. works, factory, warehouse, etc) to the buyer. The buyer bears all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from the seller's premises to the desired destination.

→Is there a provision for returning damaged products?

The products can be replaced only if they are received in damaged condition. The customer needs to share the image of a damaged product within 24 hours of receiving it along with the invoice received against the damaged product. The operations team, after thorough research, offers an optimum and quick resolution to the problem based on the condition of the damaged product.

→Are the products as per REACH/CPSIA standards?

Yes, some of the products are as per REACH/CPSIA standards.
